Q. How long do your programs take to complete?

A. Important question. First, understand, we are not a 28-day program. All of our programs are customized to the individual client. Typically a program will take 60 to 90 days to complete, but how you progress through the program will be up to you, and your level of commitment. For more information we encourage you to call us.

Q. Do you offer programs for people with multiple addictions?

A. Yes. In fact we not only work with clients that have multiple chemical addictions such as alcohol and painkillers, we also look for and treat co-disorders such and depression, anxiety, anger control, bipolar and PTSD. For more information we encourage you to call us.

Q. I understand that you offer special programs for professionals – what makes them different?

A. We are proud to offer specialized programs that are specifically designed for healthcare professionals including (but not limited to) physicians, nurses and pharmacists. We also have a program for attorneys. These programs are set apart because they include group sessions that are held exclusively with other people from your professional background. Q. Can I participate in your program as an outpatient?

A. It depends on your individual needs. We do offer an evening outpatient program, however the majority of our clients find greater success by completing our live-in program.

Q. Can my family and friends visit me while I am in treatment?

A. Absolutely. In fact we highly recommend it. That’s why we set aside time every weekend for family visits. And every 8 weeks we host an Intensive Family Weekend with special programs and sessions designed to involve your family members in your recovery process.

Q. How much do your programs cost?

A. Unfortunately, in the current managed care climate most mental health and substance abuse programs are paid for by you, as our client, and only partially covered by insurance, therefore we work to keep our programs affordable. Your costs will vary depending on how long it takes you to progress through the program. For a better understanding of the costs involved please call us.

Q. What to bring to treatment ( for women )?

A. Please bring the following;

  • All medications in original bottles
  • Self-help literature
  • 7-10 comfortable outfits (please do not over pack–drawer space is limited and laundry facilities are available)
  • Comfortable shoes
  • Sweatshirt and jacket
  • Appropriate sleepwear
  • Appropriate underwear
  • Bath towels and wash cloths
  • Bath mat
  • Hair dryer, razor, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant and other toiletries
  • Lip balm
  • Twin size bedding is provided or you may bring your own
  • Pillow is provided or you may bring your own
  • Alarm clock
